Our Bomba Rice is cultivated using the fresh mountain water near the celebrated Denominación de Origen of Calasparra in Murcia, Spain.

It is a short-grained rice that holds its firmness when cooked, making it the ideal rice for Paella and other Spanish rice dishes. It can also absorb more broth than long-grained rice for richer flavor in your dishes.
